Granny Square Day 2020
Granny Square Day is coming up!
This year, August 15th marks Granny Square Day, on which makers all around the world post a closely cropped photo of a granny square to their Instagram feeds, which creates a ‘blanket’ of wonderful, colourful granny squares when the hashtag (#grannysquareday2020) is viewed!
Granny Square Day was first created in 2014 by Susan Regalia (check her out on Instagram here!) and taken over by Simply Crochet Magazine (Visit SC’s Instagram!) in 2018.
